Project consisted of the interior finishes for the Concert Hall of this building. This included the interior GRG skin, stage rigging, fire protection sprinklers, mechanical and electrical services, AV systems, theatrical lighting systems, seating, and flooring. During the preconstruction phase of the project we provided constructability feedback, put together the bid packages for contractors bidding, received and reviewed contractor bids, make award recommendations to the owner, and processed the contractor contracts. As the Construction Manager we provided most of the Division 1 general conditions for the project, monitoring schedule and cost changes, and providing day to day coordination for the contractors. As the CM, we were not allowed by Idaho State law to self perform any of the work. |

Washington High School – Includes demolition as required to remove existing evaporative cooler units and supporting ductwork. Installation of new roof top units, chilled water lines and new ductwork. This project is a 6 story patient tower with a penthouse, 204,000 total square footage. It will include administrative offices, OR surgery, labs, clinical support, patient rooms, NICU, pediatrics, and a birthing unit. There will be a two story serpentine concourse leading from the tower to the main hospital entrance. A new auditorium will be added and the existing cafeteria will be enlarged. A preliminary contract budget is $47 million.
Construction will be cast in place concrete frame, pan slabs, founded on drilled piers for the main tower. A steel frame tower will connect the reception areas with the patient tower. Exterior metal wall panels with curtain wall system will envelope the structure. Two public elevators and two service elevators will provide vertical access. Mechanical systems will encompass HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, oxygen and fire sprinklers. Electrical systems will include emergency power distribution, fire alarm, nurse call stations, and voice / data system. |
